PDF editing made easy! INfix Pro to the rescue.
We edit a lot of pdfs here at the Waterfront -- event flyers, user guidelines, forms -- you name it, we work with it. Some originate with us, some are from outside sources. Until now, editing results have been hit or miss -- the fonts may not match exactly in weight or size, it's hard to align things, impossible to get text to flow . . . we've never been able to find an easy to use, reliable, seamless pdf editing software.
Just discovered INfix Pro by Iceni Technology, and I have to say it is the best pdf editing software I have seen. I'm playing with the trial copy now, and it is amazing how easy it is to edit text, change pictures, align objects, change margins or column widths . . . and it's very intuitive! And, oh my gosh, the fonts just match. They just do! It's magic. (Well, it's the magic of embedded fonts - but that has never made a difference before when attempting to edit a pdf -- results, until now, have been pretty sloppy or just plain impossible.)
On top of that, INfix Pro catalogs the colors in your document, it has a CMYK color picker (!!), and it lets you search and replace by font, color or size (!!!). I'm actually looking forward to my next pdf editing job, just to see what else this software will let me do.
