checklist: information needed to process application
The following information is needed to process applications for a WRO permit. Should you have questions relating to a specific application, please contact Michael Kimmel, the Waterfront Overlay District Administrator, at 502.574.3768.
As applicable, please provide the following:
- ◊ Map that illustrates proposed development site and neighboring properties (8.5” x 11”)
- ◊ Site plan with elevation drawings (8.5” x 11”)
- ◊ Indicate colors to be used and their locations and provide color palette
- ◊ Indicate materials to be used and their locations
- ◊ Sample materials may be required depending on specific materials and size of the project
- ◊ Photographs of the site taken from nearest public path (roadway), photographs adjacent structures, streets and sidewalks
- ◊ Indicate location of parking (both present and proposed)
- ◊ Landscape plan
- ◊ Information on fencing and exterior walls related to site plan
- ◊ Scaled drawings of proposed signage
- ◊ If there are modifications to streetscape proposed, provide drawings in plan and elevation views
- ◊ Drawings in plan and elevation views for any infrastructural or architectural features to be constructed on or off site relating to development proposal
