Louisville’s premier July 4th celebration. The two-day festival is the largest event of the summer and also produced by Waterfront Development Corporation. Over 150,000 people attend the event each year, which features concerts by national recording artists, children’s activities, a festival food & beer garden and fireworks over the Ohio River both nights. Festival admission is completely free of charge including all activities in the children’s area. Enjoy a concert by Gary Allan & Candy Coburn on July 3rd, and George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, J.J. Grey and Mofro and Los Lobos on July 4th. Grab some delicious food from Texas Roadhouse and Papa John's! Come spend the day with the men and women who protect our Louisville streets.

Louisville’s most popular after work concert series. For the seventh year, the Waterfront Development Corporation and the Louisville Public Media are working together to offer free concerts on the Harbor Lawn featuring national and local artists. There is a cash bar and great upscale festival food. Boat docking is on a first come first served basis. Outside alcohol and glass are not permitted. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.

WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays take place the last Wednesday of every month, April through September. (Remaining dates: August 27 and September 24.) The Harbor Lawn is located between the boat docks at the Great Lawn and the Children's Play Area. Parking is available along River Road, the Orange Lot, and surrounding pay lots. No outside alcohol, no glass, and please, no pets. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome and boat docking is available on a first come-first served basis.
