Car show open to all vehicles, DJ, entertainment, food, live auction, fun for all. Celebrity judging, 100 awards given, club with largest number of cars attending received $100. Mystery box drawing, 50/50 drawing. All proceeds go directly to WHAS Crusade for Children.

Admission: $20 entry fee for show vehicles; general public free.

Take Steps for Crohn's & Colitis is the nation's largest event dedicated to finding cures for digestive diseases. In May and June of 2010, more than 100 cities throughout the country will host Take Steps walks, where thousands of participants nationwide will come together in a fun and energetic atmosphere to raise funds and Be Heard in their fight against these digestive diseases. Admission: Participants raising $100 or more will receive a Take Steps t-shirt.

The second annual Liver Life Walk in Louisville will feature a 1-2 mile walk through beauLiver Life Walktiful Waterfront Park. Grab your walking shoes, your family and friends and join us for this exciting event which will also feature food, activities and entertainment for the whole family! The Liver Live Walk brings together patients with liver disease and their community through family and friends, the medical and corporate community and beyond. There is no registration fee but walkers should form teams and raise funds to support the American Liver Foundation's mission. Raise $100 or more to receive the 2010 Liver Life Walk t-shirt. Register your team today!

Participating teams and individuals run or walk a 5K on the Waterfront. All funds raised benefit programs that impact women, girls and families.

Walking tour through Waterfront Park with local historian Rick Bell.

The tour will start on the wharf in front of the Belle of Louisville and will conclude at the Lincoln Memorial. Free parking is available in the park. A convenient location would be the Green Lot - park and follow the signs to walk to the Belle of Louisville. (see map for locations of the Belle, the Lincoln Memorial, and the Green Lot). The total walking distance from your car, through the tour, and back to your car is approximately 2 miles.

Louisville’s most popular after work concert series.  For the seventh year, the Waterfront Development Corporation and Louisville Public Media are working together to offer free concerts on the Harbor Lawn featuring national and local artists.  There is a cash bar and great upscale festival food.  Boat docking is on a first come first served basis.  Outside alcohol and glass are not permitted.  Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.
