Waterfront's trademark production, the Waterfront Independence Festival, is a free 2 day concert and fireworks extravaganza on the Great Lawn. With fun for the whole family at your fingertips, there's really no reason not to come down and share the 3rd and 4th with us.
WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays
is a Waterfront tradition now in its eighth year. WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays provide free music and a happy hour atmosphere on the last Wednesday of each month, April through September.
Bring your dearest four-legged friends and be ready for this pet-friendly cocktail event.

May - September: FREE Waterfront Heritage Walks with local historian Rick Bell
MAY-SEP
A series of free walking tours, led by local historian Rick Bell, will explore the history of Louisville’s riverfront and the development of today’s acclaimed Waterfront Park. Beginning at the Belle of Louisville’s landing at the Fourth Street wharf, the 90-minute tours will end at the Lincoln Memorial.

VW/Audi car show, live music. Grossman Tuning has been hosting get-togethers and shows for the past 6 years, with more than 200 registered cars in the last 2 years. The growing popularity of this annual event has pushed for an inevitable expansion. Attendance out growing capacity has led to a well-planned move of the event site and to the start of a new tradition, “Water By The Bridge”.
