The Tan Picnic Area is right Tumbleweed Southwest Grill's front yard.
Adjacent to and can be combined with Festival Plaza to provide a larger venue. Interlocking paver blocks provide the nostalgia of an old-time Wharf while offering the conveniences of a modern event space suitable for a variety of activities, such as concerts, sailing regattas, athletic events or commercial boat docking.
Venue features:
- - 2.5 acres in size, accomodates up to 5,000.
- - A 200 amp electrical service located on a mooring mast.
- - 100 feet of the river's edge for commercial docking.
- - Sloped contrete surface - 7% grade.
